Where to stay
Hotels near Beauvais Airport
The airport closes at night, so if your flight leaves in the early hours or you land very late you have three options: stay next to the airport, in the town of Beauvais or in Paris.
You cannot spend the night inside the airport. The terminals close at night. Check the airport opening hours before planning a late arrival or a very early departure.
Next to the airport
The most convenient choice for early flights: you reach the terminal on foot or with a short trip.
In Beauvais

In Paris

Hotels in Beauvais
Beauvais has few hotels, but they are varied, and the town makes a good base if you want to make the most of your stopover by seeing something before or after your flight. In the centre are Saint-Pierre Cathedral, the MUDO-Musée de l'Oise and the Maladrerie Saint-Lazare, and in the surrounding area, the châteaux of the Oise department. When choosing a hotel in town, check that it has good bus connections to the airport or, if you are driving, look at the airport parking options.
Hotels in Paris
If your trip includes Paris, the most practical option is to stay near one of the stops for the direct airport coach, such as Porte Maillot or La Villette. Then, on the day of your flight, you just need to catch the coach, which takes from 1 hr 15 min (Porte Maillot) or from 1 hr 30 min (La Villette), depending on traffic. Bear in mind that, so as not to miss your flight, you are advised to catch the coach in Paris about three and a half hours before departure. Tips for choosing
- Early-morning flight: from Paris you would have to set off in the middle of the night, so it is usually worth staying next to the airport or in Beauvais.
- Arriving in the small hours: check the hotel’s reception hours and how you will get there from the terminal.
- Book ahead: in high season prices go up and availability goes down.
- Check whether parking is included: if you are travelling by car, it may work out cheaper than leaving it at the airport.
