Lost property at Beauvais Airport

If you have left something behind at the airport, when getting off the plane or on the shuttle bus, report it online through Troov, the service the airport uses, or go to the baggage service in Terminal 2.

  1. Fill in the lost item report on Troov’s page for the airport: report a lost item on Troov. Give as many details as you can so it can be identified.
  2. Wait for a reply if the item turns up.
  3. Choose how to get it back: collect it at the airport or have it sent to your home (there is a charge for delivery).

You can also go in person to the baggage and lost property service, to the right of the Terminal 2 arrivals hall, during the airport’s opening hours, or email bagages@aeroportbeauvais.com.

The safekeeping and return of found items are governed by airport regulations: lost property service regulations (PDF, in French).

Items are only kept for a limited time, so don’t wait to claim them. Clothing and accessories such as belts, hats, scarves, gloves and waistcoats are donated to charity with no holding period, so they cannot be claimed.

If what is missing is your checked suitcase, the procedure is different: see damaged or lost luggage.
