At the airport
Boarding at Beauvais Airport
Once you are through the checks, all that is left is to wait for your flight in the departure lounge. Be at your gate at least 30 minutes before take-off and listen out for announcements.
Even though you have been through the checks, keep an eye on your luggage and pay attention to announcements. If you arrive at the gate late, your booking is cancelled and you will have to buy another ticket.
What you will find in the departure lounge
Both terminals have a café and duty-free shops in the departure area.
Terminal 1
- Café Kiosque: café serving salads, pasta dishes, sandwiches and pastries.
- Aelia Duty Free: spirits, wines and sparkling wines, electronics, gourmet food and sweets, fashion and accessories, perfume and cosmetics, and tobacco.
Terminal 2
- Trib's: café serving salads, pasta dishes, sandwiches and pastries.
- Relay: newspapers and magazines, books, toys, souvenirs and travel accessories.
- Aelia Duty Free: the same range as in T1.
More details under restaurants and cafés and shops and duty free. If you live outside the EU, you may be able to claim back the VAT on your purchases: see VAT refund.
Priority boarding
If you bought priority boarding with your airline, go to the dedicated queue when boarding begins. That queue is only for passengers who have the service: if your travelling companion hasn’t paid for it, they can’t use it with you.
Information about your flight
Your boarding gate is shown on the screens in the terminal and, with some airlines, in their app. You can also follow your flight’s status on live departures.
