- Spaces reserved for disabled people and people with reduced mobility in every car park. See how many there are in each one under airport parking.
- Wheelchairs available to passengers throughout their time at the airport.
- Lifts and automatic doors designed for wheelchair access.
- Spacious toilets with grab rails in the terminals.

Requesting assistance from your airline
- Ryanair: special assistance
- Wizz Air: special assistance
- Volotea: special assistance
- HiSky: frequently asked questions
- SkyUp: special needs
If you travel with a walking stick or wheelchair, it is registered free of charge and inspected at the security check. To take an electric wheelchair, check the conditions with your airline’s assistance team.
If the airline has not passed your assistance request on to the airport, staff will try to help you board, but they cannot guarantee it. Book your assistance in good time.
Hidden disabilities: the Sunflower scheme
The airport takes part in the international Hidden Disabilities Sunflower scheme, which helps travellers with non-visible disabilities: cognitive or mental health conditions, chronic or neurodegenerative illnesses, sensory impairments and others, at any age.
If you or the person you are travelling with has a hidden disability, you can wear a lanyard with sunflowers on a green background. Airport staff are trained to recognise it and will know that you may need support, a little more time or tailored help during the formalities. The lanyard does not in itself entitle you to priority access.
You can ask for one at the airline desk in Terminal 2 or at the information office in the bus station, order one from the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower website or bring your own. Staff who act as allies of the scheme wear a lanyard with sunflowers on a white background.
Shuttle bus between Paris and the airport
The coach routes between the airport and Paris (Porte Maillot, Saint-Denis Université, La Défense, La Villette and Disneyland Paris) are accessible to passengers with reduced mobility. If you need assistance getting on the coach:
- give at least 48 hours’ notice by emailing sce.bus@aeroportbeauvais.com;
- bear in mind that each coach can take only one wheelchair user.
