Damaged or lost luggage at Beauvais

If your suitcase arrives damaged or doesn’t appear on the belt, report it at the baggage service in Terminal 2 before you leave the airport. Once you have left, you can no longer make the report there.

You must make the report before leaving the airport. Once you are outside, you will no longer be able to do it at the desk.

  1. Don’t leave the arrivals area without checking the condition of your suitcase.
  2. Go to the baggage service in Terminal 2 if it is damaged or hasn’t arrived.
  3. Take with you your boarding pass and the baggage tag receipt you were given at the check-in desk.
  4. Keep a copy of the report for any later claim.

If you have questions afterwards, you can contact the baggage service by email or phone (details above). To claim compensation, also check your airline’s conditions.

If what you have lost is a single item rather than your checked suitcase, see lost property.
