At the airport
How early to get to Beauvais Airport
The airport recommends arriving between 1 hr 30 min and 2 hr before flights within France, the EU or the Schengen area, and between 2 and 3 hours before flights outside that area.
- France, EU and Schengen
- 1 hr 30 min to 2 hr before
- Outside the EU / Schengen
- 2 to 3 hr before
- Passengers with reduced mobility
- At least 2 hr before
Why allow so much time?
Before boarding you will go through several checks: luggage, identity, security and, depending on your destination, passport control. At peak times the queues can be long, so arriving early lets you go through each step calmly. If you are coming from Paris, also factor in the journey time to Beauvais.
Getting here
You can come by car, on the direct coach from Paris, by public transport or by taxi. You will find all the options under Getting here.
The terminals close at night. If your flight leaves very early, check the airport opening hours before planning your trip.
When you arrive: T1 or T2
The airport has two terminals, T1 and T2, on either side of the bus station. The screens next to the entrances show which terminal your flight leaves from and which check-in desks are handling it. You will find the full layout under maps and terminals.
