Information and passenger services

The airport information desk is in the bus station area and is open from 7:00 until 15 minutes after the last flight of the day. You can also call 0 892 68 20 66 (€0.45 per minute from France). Both terminals have screens showing live flight status.

Airline desks

The airlines have desks in the public halls of Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. They are open while the terminals are open and close 15 minutes after the last flight lands. Staff there can help with your flight, fares and ticket conditions, paying supplements and problems such as delays. Each airline’s phone number is under Airlines.

Check-in

The check-in desks open at least 2 hours before departure and close between 40 and 60 minutes before, depending on the airline. More details under check-in.

Baggage service

If your suitcase arrives damaged or doesn’t turn up, go to the Baggage Service before leaving the airport: it has an office in the arrivals halls of both terminals, open from 7:00 until the last flight lands. The problem must be reported there and then.

We explain it step by step under damaged or lost luggage.

Lost property and items removed at security

The airport handles lost items through the Troov platform:

  • If you have lost something, report it using the Troov form. The Baggage and Lost Property Service keeps found items and arranges their return. There is a charge for this service.
  • If an item was taken from you at the security check, the officer gives you a reference number. Enter it on Troov’s retained items page: you can collect the item on your return or have it sent to an address of your choice.

More information under lost property.

Free wifi

The whole airport has free, unlimited wifi. Connect to the Free Wifi Beauvais Airport network, open your browser and the login page will appear.

Cash machines and currency exchange

There are Crédit Agricole and Euronet cash machines in the public halls; according to the airport, the Crédit Agricole machine is in Terminal 1 and the Euronet one in Terminal 2. There is no currency exchange office, so bring any currency you need already changed or use a card.

Charging your phone

In the departure lounges of both terminals there are charging stations with power banks. In the public area there are sockets, for example next to Paul in Terminal 1. There are no public telephones.

Drinks and snack machines

There are vending machines for drinks and sweets in the public halls of Terminals 1 and 2. For something more substantial, see the restaurants and cafés.

Luggage wrapping

The company Wrap Air wraps luggage in tough plastic film to protect it from knocks, tampering and rain. It is in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, opposite the airline desks, just before check-in.

Car parks

The parking office is in the bus station and is open from 7:00 until the last flight lands. You can pay at the pay machines at the exits of Terminals 1 and 2. All the information is under parking.

Car hire

The car hire companies are next to the bus station, a short walk from both terminals. See car hire.

Smoking

Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the terminals.

Customs and VAT refunds

If you are arriving from outside the EU or want to claim back the VAT on your purchases, see customs and VAT refund. To find your way around the building, see the terminal maps.
